Things Get Creepy for Harry Styles and Florence Pugh in the New 'Don't Worry Darling' Trailer

Olivia Wilde's upcoming film opens next September.

Update July 21, 2022: Warner Brothers has blessed us with even more footage from the upcoming Don't Worry Darling — and fans are getting even more Harry Styles. The new clip shows more peeks at the Victory Project, the mysterious development where Styles and Pugh's characters live. There's even an ominous voiceover from co-star Gemma Chan.

"Frank has built something truly special," she announces of Chris Pine's vision in the clip. "What he's created out here is a different way. A better way." This is the first trailer since April, when Warner Brothers released the first teaser.

Previously: A lot has happened since it was first announced that Harry Styles would join the cast of Olivia Wilde's new movie, Don't Worry Darling. For starters, the lead actor and director are now dating.

Amid the whirlwind that is Holivia and their surprise hand-holding and endearingly coordinated outfits, we almost forgot that there's an entire feature film waiting in the wings.

The film in question opens approximately a decade from now on Sept. 23, 2022. Little is known of the plot save for the following logline: "A 1950's housewife living with her husband in a utopian experimental community begins to worry that his glamorous company may be hiding disturbing secrets." Styles stars alongside Florence Pugh.

On Monday, Wilde herself shared the first teaser for the film, and it's worth the wait. The clip opens with Pugh sitting on a lounge chair in a blue gingham dress, her hair teased into a retro half-back style. What follows is a series of intriguing images: Pugh and Styles making out in a manner that can best be described as urgent, a slightly menacing tuxedo-clad man laughing, a set of synchronized swimmers doing a mesmerizing routine, a head wrapped in cellophane (!). As with any good teaser trailer, we are left with far more questions than answers.

Name a movie we're more excited to see in 2022. We'll wait [for one year and 10 days].
