Hailey Bieber is no stranger to clap backs — no one with upwards of 30 million followers possibly could be — but usually her responses are issued after a rumor has begun.

This time, the 23-year-old killed speculation before it even started.

On Thursday night (known colloquially as election day part 3), Bieber posted a message to her Instagram Story, writing, “Since I know you guys were about to break your lil story @usweekly … I’m not pregnant.” The model then redirected her followers’ focus to a topic of actual relevance in their lives. “So please stop writing false stories from your ‘sources’ and focus on what’s important aka the election,” she continued.

Bieber endorsed former Vice President Joe Biden about three weeks ahead of the election, posing in a tie-dye t-shirt bearing his name. “It’s world mental health day, and something that has affected my mental health is the state of our country and the future of our country,” she captioned her post. “I have hope, but we need to collectively make the change we want for our future and that means getting out there to VOTE!!!”
