Hailey Bieber Wore the Most Aggressively Bright Leggings

Eschewing the ice cream cone trend entirely, Hailey Bieber channeled an entirely different kind of cone during her latest outing in Los Angeles: a traffic cone. Bieber wore bold, eye-searing orange leggings with a cropped sweatshirt and coordinating Nike sneakers while she walked with an appropriate, very L.A. green beverage.

Bieber's leggings, which are from Year of Ours, feature a high-waist silhouette and a subtle ribbed texture, though it's tough for anything to be subtle when it's the same color as Caltrans's signature hazard orange. Today's outfit also included a trio of necklaces and a high, tight bun. Bieber has been gravitating towards bright orange lately, wearing a similar shade in a thong bikini by Heavy Manners during a getaway with fellow model Kendall Jenner.

Bieber's latest outfits have had a few things in common. She's been stacking on necklaces (in addition to being a strong proponent of the throwback body chain), whether she's on a juice run or heading to the gym. And while all of her workout gear isn't as bold as this orange pair, she has been spotted going to and from the gym in coordinated sets and crop tops.

Bieber opened up about her friendship with Jenner on YouTube, who explained that the two met through her sister, Kylie.

"We met through Kylie [Jenner] ... at The Hunger Games premiere [in 2012]." You were friends with Kylie and then you realized that I was more fun," Jenner said.

"Not necessarily! I love you both, but you and I became much closer because you started modeling and coming to New York all the time and I lived in New York," Baldwin added. "And you needed a friend ... and boy did we take that city by storm."
