Gwyneth Paltrow Posed Topless for Goop's New Jewelry Collection
Paltrow named a pair of G. Label earrings after daughter Apple, with whom she gets a new piercing every year.
Gwyneth Paltrow's G. Label jewelry collection has arrived, and it's delightfully Goop-y (by which I mean there is not a single item I could afford without reallocating retirement funds).
Paltrow gravitates toward a classic piece. "I don't differentiate between day and night," she wrote on the site, noting that if she finds an item she loves, she'll "sleep in it, wear it on the red carpet, and pick up Moses from school in it."
The Goop founder shared a series of personal anecdotes alongside images of the collection, revealing that she and her 17-year-old daughter Apple get a new piercing every year on the teen's birthday. "She was a big inspiration for this collection," Paltrow went on, writing, "I named the pieces after her and her friends." Apple's own namesake earrings feature three intertwined gold and pavé-studded hoops ($1,450; goop.com).
Paltrow modeled the new items in various states of undress. She posed with an assortment of G. Label baubles in a black Khaite bralette and even removed her top altogether, wrapping an arm across her bare chest to draw attention to the $2,500 chain-link choker about her neck.
The tastemaker is so stranger to baring all in the name of business. She celebrated turning 48 last September in her "birthday suit," posing fully nude with a callout to Goop's "insanely amazing brand new body butter" in the caption.
