Quarantine has made Gwyneth Paltrow and Apple Martin's mother-daughter bond stronger than ever. From socially-distanced birthday celebrations to lazy poolside days, the genetically-blessed duo have been spending a lot of time together while hunkering down at home.

Their latest lockdown activity? Working out. On Friday, Paltrow posted a photo of the pair looking sweat-ready in coordinating exercise attire on Instagram. The actress opted for a sports bra and leggings in all-black, while her 16-year-old wore an identical combo in gray and purple. Both laced-up in matching chunky-soled sneakers from Hoka One One.

"2 generations of fanatics @tracyandersonmethod," Gwyneth captioned a mirror selfie of herself and Apple at the gym, sporting fresh make-up free faces and slicked-back ponytails. Almost immediately, the comments began rolling in about how much the two look alike. "Like mother like daughter," multiple commenters wrote. "Twins!" added another.

On Goop, Gwyneth offered more details about her and Apple's at-home wellness routine, writing: "One of the benefits of having to wait in line before entering a grocery store is that you don’t rush through the experience anymore. Apple and I have been discovering new-to-us products and are finding simple pleasure in seasonal fruit, like cherries and peaches." She cites hibiscus rose-flavored kombucha and almond milk creamer with coconut milk as complete "game-changers."
