Christmas time is here! And while it may be tempting to spend all your free time sipping hot chocolate by the fire, there are way too many good movies coming out this month not to make your way to the theaters. There are historical dramas, tales of divided families and, of course, a couple of comedies to keep you laughing into the new year.
While big names like Nicole Kidman and Christian Bale are delivering performances certain to garner awards attention, we've got out eyes on the nostalgic reboots coming up this month. Emily Blunt's bout as Mary Poppins and Tyra Banks' reprisal of her role as the Eve doll in Life-Size are sure to bring the vintage feels.

The Making of Felicity Jones's Dior Oscars Dress
Felicity Jones didn’t need a nomination to steal the show on Oscars night.
The Rogue One star got her glow on at the 89th Academy Awards on Sunday, looking positively radiant in a full-skirted off-white tulle Dior gown.
Dusted with silvery floral appliques, the ankle-grazing dress played upon the resurgence of neutrals in modern couture, while also lending a fantastical, fairy-tale like variation on the trend.
Paired with a simple half-up ‘do, understated makeup, and a metallic pair of stiletto sandals, Jones allowed her ethereal Dior confection to take center stage.

Everything You Need to Know About Rogue One: A Star Wars Story
Rogue One: A Star Wars Story is a story of rebellion and, almost more notably, it is a rebel in its own right as the first Star Wars live-action spin-off. It follows a young woman, Jyn Erso (Felicity Jones), who grew up during the Clone Wars, an intergalactic conflict engineered to destroy the Jedi Order. Jyn's father is the scientist commissioned to design and build notorious battle station and ultimate Imperial weapon, the Death Star. Eagel-eye fans may have noticed that Rogue One’s plotline was referenced in the opening crawl of Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope, which teased a story about rebel spies who stole design plans for the Death Star. Since news broke that it was being developed into its own spin-off, the creators and stars have been rather tight-lipped about the film. On the eve of Rogue One's release on Dec. 16, here, we review what we do know. RELATED: 23 Gifts for the Star Wars Enthusiasts in Your Life
