We're barely a week into the New Year, but 2017 is already looking up thanks to a stockpile of new music releases on the horizon. Lorde, Drake, and Iggy Azalea are all slated to make their triumphant return to the Billboard charts—and the festival circuit—in the coming months, along with Kanye West on the heels of The Life of Pablo. Drake has had a long history of romances, from his famous on-again-off-again saga with Rihanna, to his even more famous (and more recent) Instagram with Jennifer Lopez, which she reposted on her own account, basically confirming their dating (or at least hooking up) status. Then of course, there were his Degrassi days—Jimmy and Ashley forever!—not to mention the on-screen girls from his music videos. And yes, we're including that famous Nicki Minaj lap dance from her "Anaconda" video, which reportedly sparked his now-famous feud with Meek Mill, Minaj's on-again-off-again boyfriend, although she and Drake were never officially dating. VIDEO: Jennifer Lopez: 50 Best Dressed in Hollywood 2016 We've put together a brief timeline of Drake's lovers, both on and off-screen, just to take a peek inside the complicated dating life of the rapper. We're sure there's much more to him than meets the eye, as Drake loves to keep his private life private, entertaining us only with a cryptic Tweet or Instagram photo here and there. Is it just us, or has the allure of music videos just not been the same since TRL ended in 2008? Remember the days of coming home from school, sitting on the couch with a snack, and watching music videos for hours on end? Simpler times! The medium might have changed, but this year actually brought about some killer music videos. (This year also unleashed the power of the "visual album," here's looking at you, Beyoncé.) We put together a list of our favorites, complete with links to each for your viewing pleasure. A few you may have already seen, but we're willing to bet that there were a few gems you missed along the way. Read on to see our picks.
Though celebrities are typically spotted out and about sporting designer duds, like lust-worthy Gucci slides, or fresh-off-the-runway gear, sometimes, just sometimes, they pull a page from the layperson's holiday playbook and step out in gloriously ugly Christmas sweaters. From Queen Bey to Kanye, the most unsuspecting of stars have repped the silly Christmas trend both on and off camera. And, obviously, they’ve totally slayed it. Take note, Bella and Gigi: If there were an ugly holiday sweater runway show, you best believe Beyoncé would be closing it.
