See the actress's hair transformation through the years.
Windblown hair has never looked so good. Coach New York just dropped its spring 2017 ad campaign starring Chloë Grace Moretz, who brings "American cool" to life as she lounges by vintage cars with the New York City skyline as a backdrop. In the new images, the 19-year-old actress wears her blonde hair down and dons feminine floral dresses paired with edgy leather jackets, "mix[ing] romantic Southwestern fringing with the toughness of biker leather." Moretz was photographed by longtime brand collaborator Steven Meisel and styled by Karl Templer and personifies "the spirit of independence and a distinctly New York attitude" in the campaign, the brand says in a release. "Chloë’s ease and effortlessness of style feels relevant and very Coach." Scroll down to see more shots from the campaign and Moretz's Americana style at its finest.
“Should I get bangs?” is probably a hair question you’ve asked yourself and annoyed your friends and family with once or twice. Anyone with fringe will tell you that adding face-framing pieces will completely change an entire look, but the cut is a major commitment that requires diligent upkeep care of regularly scheduled bang trims. Since "New Year, new hair" is a mantra most of us embrace, there’s no better time than the onset of 2017 to finally take the plunge and ask your stylist to cut add bangs to your style. Whether you long for full, blunt fringe, or wispy, eye-skimming strands, there’s a set of celebrity-approved bangs that your favorite stars rocked on the red carpet this year that are your perfect match. Real or faux, these are the best celebrity bang styles of 2016.
She may only be 19-years-old, Chloë Grace Moretz already knows how to own the red carpet and stay confident despite being a teen in the spotlight. The actress and face of Coach is refreshingly honest when about the reality of celebrity beauty regimens. “I wear hair extensions. There’s a modicum of falsity to it all,” Moretz reveled to InStyle. “That’s what I want to say to young women. The more they learn that it’s not realistic, the less they’re going to beat themselves up for not looking this way—because when I’m not on the red carpet, I don’t look this way.” Away from the cameras, in addition to doing Pilates and SoulCycle six times a week, Moretz makes sure to eat healthy and focuses on her intensive skincare routine, where she uses up to “30 different products every single day ranging from stem-cell cream to microdermabrasion”. Although she’s obsessed with skincare, Moretz also has her fair share of favorite beauty products including a go-to fragrance and brow tool. Here, are the four products that are the secret to Moretz’s off-camera beauty routine.
Turning 18 is a big freaking deal—especially if you're part of the young Hollywood crowd. Kylie Jenner was gifted a $320,000 Ferrari for the milestone birthday, while Hailee Steinfeld celebrated her legality by partying with Sarah Hyland and members of Fifth Harmony. But lavish gifts and star-studded gatherings aside, the age is important legally because it means you're eligible to vote. Ahead of Election Day—that's Tuesday, Nov. 8, folks—we rounded up 17 celebs who will be voting for the first time this year (at least we hope). To check your voter registration status, click here—and fill out the information below if you haven't already. While you're at it, tell your friends, too.
And it deserves a round of applause.
