Instead of sipping cosmopolitans, the devoted mother and her son James Wilkie Broderick are most often spotted spending time together around their Manhattan home. "Honestly, I love to do everything with him as long as he will have me around," Parker says. "Even brushing his teeth with him is enjoyable right now." She and husband Matthew Broderick recently added twin daughters to their family via a surrogate.
Salma Hayek welcomed her first child, Valentina Pinault (with husband Francois Henri Pinault) back in September, 2007. "Valentina has a big personality," the mom says. "The day after she was born everybody was very surprised that she was making noises and always smiling and laughing."

Naomi Watts was all smiles during a visit to the beach in Sydney with son Alexander. Watts and long-time boyfriend Liev Schreiber have even more to smile about since the arrival of their son Samuel. "There is much less fear this time," Watts has said. "You are much more old-hand at it."

Like many Hollywood moms, Tyler took a step back from acting for a few years to raise her son, but now that he's a little older she's ready to be back at work. Moore, who has a daughter Liv and son Caleb, believes her career hasn't changed since she had children. "I have the same taste, same interests," she has said. "It's not like the thing that is you is wiped out."
30 Rock creator and star Tina Fey tries hard to be there for her daughter Alice, but her demanding job creates a hectic schedule. "I want to thank Alice for her patience," Fey said while accepting the SAG award for 30 Rock. "Someday she'll be old enough to watch 30 Rock reruns and understand where Mommy was going at 6 a.m. every day for all that time."
