Update December 16, 2020: The Cambridges officially unveiled the family holiday card on Instagram, which was shot by photographer Matt Porteous. It confirms the Daily Mirror's leaked photo.

Previously: The holidays arrived early this year, thanks to the Cambridge family's 2020 Christmas card.

In the never-before-seen photo leaked by fans on social media, Prince William and Kate Middleton are pictured posing with their three children — Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis — in coordinating winter outfits while sitting on bales of hay outside.

Naturally, the young royals stole the show, with Louis adorably laughing front and center, and George and Charlotte smiling from ear to ear. According to The Daily Mirror, the card is addressed "to all the amazing NHS staff," with the British royals wishing them "a very Happy Christmas and New Year."

While it's unclear where or when the woodsy snap was taken (as Kensington Palace hasn't officially released the photo), the Cambridges have been spending most of their time at Anmer Hall in Norfolk amid the coronavirus pandemic. It's also where the family is likely to spend Christmas this year, because for the first time in three decades, the Queen's annual Christmas at Sandringham is canceled.

A Buckingham Palace source previously confirmed to People, "Having considered all the appropriate advice, The Queen and The Duke of Edinburgh have decided that this year they will spend Christmas quietly in Windsor.” Meanwhile, a royal source added, "They are fortunate to spend Christmas with their family every year, but they understand that their family will have competing demands over the Christmas period and are content to have a quiet festive season this year."

As for the rest of the royals, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle plan to celebrate their first Christmas in the U.S., with Meghan's mom, Doria Ragland, while Prince Charles and Camilla will be at their country home in Gloucestershire.
