Blake Lively Wore a Throwback Shoe Trend During a Stroll With Husband Ryan Reynolds

Spotted: Blake Lively wearing a throwback trend and giving us major summer shoe inspiration.

The Simple Favor actress and her husband Ryan Reynolds took a break from trolling each other to get some fresh air and were seen out in New York City Wednesday afternoon. The couple held hands on their stroll following a lunch in the New York neighborhood of Tribeca.

The Gossip Girl star wore a midi-length flouncy, floral sundress and paired it with some nostalgic jelly sandals. She also wore a face mask with a gold mask chain and had her long blonde hair pulled back into a messy ponytail. Reynolds wore dark grey pants and a beige button down. He paired the look with white sneakers, a face mask, and some shades.

After lunch the Deadpool actor took to his Instagram to post a selfie in a brown corduroy suit for the first time in 14 months. "Haven't worn a suit in 14 months. So this felt surprisingly horrible," he wrote.

The couple has been married since 2012 and have three daughters, James, 6, Inez, 4, and Betty, 1. When they're not taking care of the kids or gong for lunch in the city, the couple is typically trolling each other on social media. Most recently, the actor trolled his wife in his Mother's Day post. "Never could I have predicted anonymous airport bathroom sex would lead to this," he wrote. "Or how you'd hire Dog The Bounty Hunter to find me. Either way, I'm lucky to reflect a little of the sunlight you shine on all of us. Happy Mother's Day, my love."
