Birthday trolls have become a tradition in the Lively-Reynolds household, and to celebrate the actor's 44 years on earth, Blake took one of her most savage shots to date. On Friday, the Gossip Girl alum wished her husband of eight years a happy birthday on Instagram alongside a photo of Reynolds being presented with a pie in lieu of a traditional cake. "1) Who is the lost soul that selects birthday PIE. 2) What ANIMAL eats their cake (pie) without first blowing out the candles," Blake captioned the post, before answering her own question: "@vancityreynolds that’s who." She then delivered her epic punchline, jokingly writing, "I honestly can’t believe we’re still married." It's likely that Blake's unconventional birthday tribute was payback for Ryan calling attention to the fact that she photoshopped shoes onto her bare feet in the couple's voting PSA earlier this week. Just the day prior, Blake and Ryan each shared photos of themselves standing together with their absentee ballots in hand. At first glance, the two snaps appeared to be identical, but upon closer inspection, Lively stood barefoot in the one Reynolds posted, and was wearing heels in the other. Blake Lively's Latest Outfit Went Viral but No One Noticed This Unexpected Outfit Detail After fans (and her husband) called her out, Blake admitted to the flub. "Can you tell I was so happy to get outta a onesie and vote," she said. "Sure it was an absentee drop off ballot with a mask covering my look. But dammit I exercised my right to vote. And to not wear shoes that ruined my outfit."
