Photo: Getty Images Ever since the Revlon One-Step Hair Dryer Brush went viral in 2018, it has remained an Amazon best-seller and continues to inspire videos across social media platforms. Even as other hot air brushes, like the $550 Dyson Airwrap, gained popularity, Revlon stans continued to rally behind the affordable hair tool. So when Revlon launched its new One-Step Volumizer Plus in November, beauty TikTokers had to put it to the test. Compared to the original model, the new Revlon brush has a slimmer handle, a smaller oval-shaped head, and an additional medium heat setting. It also has a ceramic titanium barrel to prevent heat damage, activated charcoal bristles to remove impurities and freshen your hair, and a detachable brush head for easy storage. A third creator @alexgeorgy made a video comparing the Dyson Airwrap to the original Revlon One-Step, concluding that "there's no question. The Revlon is so much better." Along with the One-Step Volumizer Plus, Revlon also recently launched the One-Step Root Booster Round Brush Dryer and Styler. It has a 1.5-inch round barrel that's great for adding body, achieving soft curls, and flipping out your ends. The brush has three heat and speed settings and a 6-foot swivel cord for extra mobility. Plus, right now, you can get it for $10 off with an on-site Amazon coupon. The original brush is already 42 percent off, and there's an additional $5 on-site coupon, so it comes out to just $30. That's a pretty incredible deal for a styling tool that many shoppers prefer over a $550 option.
