Once warmer weather hits, I love having a dewy and more radiant complexion. But because I slather on sunscreen every day, that's not always attainable. On the days I wear makeup, I also struggle to keep my skin protected because reapplying SPF over a full face doesn't exactly leave me looking illuminated. Thanks to TikTok, I discovered a way to get that coveted glow and keep my skin safe from harmful UV rays. Neutrogena's Ultra Sheer Face Mist Sunscreen has an SPF of 55, and TikTokers can't stop raving about how great it is for all-day application and wear — yes, even over makeup.

I've been using Neutrogena's Ultra Sheer line for quite some time, and I couldn't believe that I hadn't come across this mist before. After watching several reviews on TikTok, I logged on to Amazon and ordered a bottle immediately. At 3.4 ounces, the spray is a decent size, and when it arrived I quickly learned that you don't have to use a ton of product to make it worthwhile. For reference, I just need about two spritzes to cover my entire face, and then I fan it until it dries.

As much as I know it's crucial to wear sunscreen every day, it isn't always the most comfortable product to apply on your face. That wasn't my experience with this spray, and I also noticed that it absorbed into my skin very quickly. Because it's formulated with Neutrogena's signature Helioplex technology (avobenzone and oxybenzone), it's lightweight, non-greasy, dries quickly, won't clog your pores, and doesn't leave that typical dull, white cast on your face like most sunscreens do. Instead, you're left with a radiant, healthy-looking glow. Another perk? It's water-resistant, so if you tend to sweat a bit on your face, you don't need to worry about it sliding off.

I apply it about every two to three hours when I'm outdoors, whether I have makeup on or not. It makes for a great setting spray, but it's just as effective and illuminating on bare skin. And with its high SPF, the mist gives you a good amount of protection when compared to a lot of other facial sunscreen products.
