Though a lip liner in a coordinating color would be the first place you'd think to reach, because this shade veers between the pink and red lanes, we'd recommend lining your pout first with a neutral liner that matches the color of your lips. Doing so creates a neutral backdrop and sets the shape without clashing against the vivid tone. Then, use a lip brush to apply the color for the sake of precision. Blot once, then sweep on another layer before moving on to the rest of your makeup.
