Reese Witherspoon seems to be defying the laws of nature. Her skin always looks radiant and youthful, and while good genes (and a good dermatologist) certainly help with that, she's credited her glow to using the right stuff — like this marine algae eye cream from Biossance that's already on sale for Black Friday.

Earlier this year, Witherspoon, a Biossance ambassador, shared her "travel line-up" of skincare essentials, including the hydrating Biossance's Squalane Marine Algae Eye Cream. If you want them all, get them while everything is 30 percent off at Biossance; if you want to know why the eye cream actually delivers results, well, its most effective ingredients are in its name.

First up is squalane, the superstar of many Biossance formulas. It mimics squalene, which the body's oil glands naturally produce (but less so as you age), and Biossance derives its squalane from sugarcane. Dr. Anna Guanche, board-certified dermatologist, previously told InStyle that "studies have found that squalane is readily absorbed deep into the skin, and can enhance the skin's natural suppleness and flexibility without leaving an oily residue." Dr. Guanche also explained that squalane keeps skin smooth and can treat acne.

The eye cream also uses marine algae. It's full of peptides, which Dr. Howard Sobel previously told InStyle "are rich in antioxidants that act like a shield to protect your skin." They help reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles and prevent new ones from forming.

If Reese Witherspoon's endorsement, top-quality ingredients, and Black Friday sale prices haven't made you fill your cart yet, shoppers will have you sold. "The difference in my under eye was almost immediately visible." one wrote in a review. "Much less crepey and a difference in the appearance of lines."

Another said that the rich cream "feels so light but hydrating, and I immediately notice my skin plumping up and just looking healthier."

"I have tried everything for my maturing eyes," a final shopper explained. "I am 47, and my undereye area is starting to get dry and slightly crepey. This eye cream instantly hydrates the entire eye area."
