Emma Watson accepted her Trailblazer Award by emotionally remarking, "You have supported me in all of my awkwardness and allowed me to grow into the kind of actress and person that I hope to be," Watson told the audience. "Becoming yourself is really hard and confusing, and it's a process."

Bradley Cooper accepted the award for Best Male Performance for his work in Silver Linings Playbook from presenter Melissa McCarthy. Cooper also took home the Movie Awards’ iconic Best Kiss Award for his on-screen lip-locking session with co-star Jennifer Lawrence.
Jamie Foxx and Kerry Washington
The stars of Oscar-winning film Django Unchained (Washington in Michael Kors) reunited backstage. Foxx took home the award (alongside Samuel L. Jackson) for Best WTF Moment, as well as the MTV Generation Award, during the evening’s ceremony.
Selena Gomez performed a Bollywood-inspired version of her song "Come & Get It" for the audience.
