Ciara had to hurry to get into her gown from Emilio Pucci's spring collection. "For some reason I timed everything perfectly and then I was rushing," she said of her three-hour prep time. She wore a mix of bangles by both Lorraine Schwartz and Ofira, finishing the look with a pair of white Lorraine Schwartz danglers.

The Desperate Housewives actress wore a dress by Ashi Studio with black Brian Atwood pumps. She carried her essentials in a Sergio Rossi box clutch and wore Loree Rodkin chandelier earrings.
Jennifer Lopez looked dangerously hot in a silver Emilio Pucci mini, a Daniel Swarovski crystal clutch and Cartier diamonds. Her spiked stilettos had husband Marc Anthony joking that playing footsies would be a "bad idea."
Oscar nominee Nicole Kidman joined her Grammy-winning husband Keith Urban on the carpet in a delicately embellished Jean Paul Gaultier design and Fred Leighton jewelry.
Heidi Klum looked statuesque in a Julien Macdonald gown. "My husband was more impressed with my gold toes!" Klum said of her matching metallic pedicure, which Seal documented with his rose-gold covered smartphone.

Glee girl Lea Michele flashed a spectacular leg in an up-to-there ruffled gown from Emilio Pucci. She added a pop of color with her Lorraine Schwartz cuff, which was decked out with 200 carats of black diamonds, sapphires, rubies and emeralds.
"I can't even sleep at night because I can't wait to see what I'm going to wear the next day," the super-sleek Jennifer Hudson said of dressing her new shape. For the big night, she accented her asymmetrical Versace gown with Neil Lane gems and Louboutin sandals.
"This is Malandrino," said Julianne Hough, showing off her brightly-hued gown, which she paired with a Jimmy Choo clutch and Bochic jewels. "I just got back from Hong Kong so I didn’t have time to find a dress until this morning, so they came in a literally sewed it on me…I haven't really sat down yet, so we shall see what happens!"
Florence Welch of Florence + the Machine loves couture gowns, and her Grammys look confirmed her high-fashion style-the Best New Artist nominee chose a Givenchy design with a swan motif. Her Lorraine Schwartz rings perfectly matched her gown's neutral hue.
Nominee Janelle Monae stepped out in a signature sparkling tuxedo with a jacket by Ralph Lauren Collection.
Dianna Agron revealed her darker side, wearing a strapless black Vivienne Westwood dress with black pumps. The Glee star complemented her look with jewelry by House of Lavande.

"I know they'll be talking about this tomorrow!" Glee's Amber Riley said of her mixed-metallics dress. "This is Ema Savahl and all this detailing is paint." Amber's avant-garde accessory? "It's actually a necklace that's connected to the shoulder." Riley wore a matching Charles Albert ring.
Glee cast member Jenna Ushkowitz was wrapped up like a gift in a sheer tulle confection topped with Vhernier gems.
The multi-talented Miley Cyrus weighed down her animal-print Roberto Cavalli gown with some major carats by Ofira: "These are my favorite jewels, I'm very heavy."
Up for four awards, country star Miranda Lambert shimmered in a single-shoulder lame gown from the Edition by George Chakra collection.
