Is This the New Off-the-Shoulder Trend?
And if it wasn't the sternum, then it was the clavicle (think of the red carpet as a crash course in the human anatomy): At the 2017 Golden Globes, a handful of stars continued to expose their shoulders, an ongoing trend left over from last summer. And while there were a couple instances of off-the-shoulder silhouettes (see: Michelle Williams in Louis Vuitton and Thandie Newton in Monse), the dominant look revolved around bicep-baring cut-outs.
