"It was classic Sofia, but just amped up a bit." McAdams gave her a warm glow by applying highlighter to Vergara's cheeks, forehead and nose, followed by a classic pink blush and mauve lipstick. To add definition to the eyes, she turned to Covergirl LiquiLine Blast eyeliner in Brown Blaze. "I made the line on the top very thick and smoky and then blended it out to a cat-eye shape," McAdams says. A coffee shadow and lots of lashes coated in LashBlast Fusion very Black finished off the smoldering effect. 02 of 08 Amy Adams Gilbert Flores/CelebrityPhoto.com Frederic Fekkai stylist Adir Abergel kept Amy Adams's hair sleek and simple, letting all eyes focus on her sophisticated white Herve L Leroux couture gown. Meanwhile, makeup artist Molly Stern wanted to Adams to look modern and ethereal, like a "monument to sea goddesses." Translation? Luminous eyes and glistening lips. To deliver that perfectly-polished pucker, Stern used Lancôme's Nu Buff Silk and Juicy Tubes Hallucination. 03 of 08 Jennifer Lawrence Steve Granitz/WireImage Nominee Jennifer Lawrence was pretty in lots of pink on the red carpet, from her soft petal cheeks and rose-colored lips to her smoking hot pink Oscar de la Renta gown. Hairstylist Mark Townsend, who did Lawrence's hair for the evening, told InStyle that he wanted to combine shine and texture in Jennifer's hair. "I am very inspired by shapes and texture," Townsend said, "I wanted to play with having shiny height in the front." Lawrence, who will next be seen as the young Mystique in X Men: First Class, also showed off plenty of toned skin glimmering with a healthy sheen. 04 of 08 Mila Kunis Dimitrios Kambouris/Getty Images Mila Kunis dazzled in her flowing blood orange Alexander McQueen gown, but it was her long loose locks that really made the look. "I love how soft and feminine this hairstyle is, without it looking too done," hairstylist Mara Roszak says. Roszak gave Kunis's chestnut mane its subtle waves by applying TRESemmé 24 Hour Body Foaming Mousse to her wet hair. After creating an off center part, she used a round brush during the blow out, then added chunky curls with a 1" barrel iron, loosening the ends with her fingertips and spritzing on hairspray to ensure the curls held their bounce all night. 05 of 08 Sarah Hyland Juan Rico/Fame Makeup artist Allan Avendano wanted Sarah Hyland of Modern Family to keep her youthful radiance so he opted for a nude lip and only a pop of color on the cheeks from Lancôme's Blush Subtil in Shimmer Coral Sunset and Tropiques Minérale Bronzer in Natural Sunkiss. A hint of bronze eye shadow and a coral Max Mara gown complemented the beachy golden hour vibe. 06 of 08 Kim Kardashian Kevork Djansezian/Getty Images Kim Kardashian chose an asymmetrical tousled 'do to accompany her plum one-shouldered Marchesa gown. Flawless foundation and a shiny nude lip let the spotlight fall on her spectacularly thick and long black eyelashes. 07 of 08 Angie Harmon Jen Lowery / Splash News "I wanted to play up and define her eyes and balance the soft pinks with her olive skin," makeup artist Spencer Barnes says of the look he created for Angie Harmon, who wore a feather and tulle Monique Lhuillier design. He blended pink, lavender and brown shadows along her lids for a subtle, nuanced glow, keeping the brows "slightly fuller and boyish-think Audrey Hepburn." The final touch was Copacabana Illuminator mixed with lotion and massaged across the actress's shoulders and décolletage. 08 of 08 Eva Longoria Gilbert Flores/CelebrityPhoto.com Current L'Oréal spokesperson Eva Longoria wore shimmering silvery blue eye shadow that had just enough sparkle to elevate her neutral Georges Hobeika gown. Fully encircling her deep brown eyes and extending up even above the ridge of her brows, the shadow provided lift and light, leaving Longoria looking fresh and gorgeous.
