Let us set the scene: there's a deconstructed prairie house at the end of the runway where tumbleweeds galore scatter a dirt stage and windy soundbites roar over the speakers at a dimly lit audience, and—wait, is that barbed wire? Then out comes a collection that's just the true opposite of everything else happening at New York Fashion Week this season: Coach 1941 opting out of the electric-hued sport luxe movement in favor of a lot of earth tones, a lot of shearling, and a lot of patchwork. (Also horses.) Add to that fur stoles that are less gala glam and more cool-girl chill, his and hers patch adorned coats, supersized outerwear, and super-shrunken mini handbags—or should we call them coin purses? But you should really see it for yourself. Here, 8 of our top picks from the Coach 1941 fall 2017 collection. 01 of 08 COACH 1941 READY-TO-WEAR FALL 2017 Antonio de Moraes Barros Filho/Getty 02 of 08 COACH 1941 READY-TO-WEAR FALL 2017 Antonio de Moraes Barros Filho/Getty 03 of 08 COACH 1941 READY-TO-WEAR FALL 2017 Antonio de Moraes Barros Filho/Getty 04 of 08 COACH 1941 READY-TO-WEAR FALL 2017 Antonio de Moraes Barros Filho/Getty 05 of 08 COACH 1941 READY-TO-WEAR FALL 2017 Antonio de Moraes Barros Filho/Getty 06 of 08 COACH 1941 READY-TO-WEAR FALL 2017 Antonio de Moraes Barros Filho/Getty 07 of 08 COACH 1941 READY-TO-WEAR FALL 2017 Antonio de Moraes Barros Filho/Getty 08 of 08 COACH 1941 READY-TO-WEAR FALL 2017 Antonio de Moraes Barros Filho/Getty
