Who are some of the stylish star's fashion icons? "Cate Blanchett and Jennifer Connelly both have impeccable taste," said Bosworth who mixed and matched her Diesel ensemble with accessories and shoes from Martin Margiela. 02 of 14 Alicia Keys and Joy Bryant Retna Valentine's Day may have come and gone, but stars were positively amorous when it came to the Max Azria show at Bryant Park. "He's wonderful and passionate and when he hugs you, he really hugs you, and when he kisses you, he really kisses you," said Alicia Keys of Azria. And how is fashion-week regular Joy Bryant keeping her energy up? Is it by drinking coffee, water, Redbull? "Yes, yes, yes-you didn't say alcohol: Yes!" 03 of 14 Rachel Bilson Stephen Lovekin/Getty Images "It just feels good to wear Herve Leger [by Max Azria] because it's like one big Spanx," said Rachel Bilson, at the Max Azria runway show. As for the flashbulb frenzy that usually accompanies a star wearing such a body-skimming number, Bilson takes it in stride: "You kind of zone out and just go, Ok I'm blind for a minute. My sight will be back eventually and I'll get to see pretty clothes." 04 of 14 Kirsten Dunst Retna Kirsten Dunst (in a colorful knit dress from Rodarte's spring collection) was all smiles as soon as the lights came up and the show began. The actress, along with the rest of the audience, watched in awe as models walked by in a uniquely futuristic and romantic fall collection. 05 of 14 Eva Longoria Parker, Robert Verdi and Rachel Zoe Duffy-Marie Arnoult/WireImage "I love it!" Eva Longoria Parker told her stylist Robert Verdi as she studied a metallic cocktail dress at the Matthew Williamson show. The two exchanged words throughout the show-with stylist Rachel Zoe (in Missoni) occasionally jumping in to offer her opinion. Williamson staged a presentation of fall fashions that ranged from boldly-patterned day dresses to girly party dresses, and gowns that have made him a favorite among stylish stars. 06 of 14 Monet Mazur Charles Eshelman/FilmMagic How would Monet Mazur describe the chaos at Fashion Week to someone who'd never been? "It's total madness," said the actress, who made her first appearance at the Matthew Williamson show. "Backstage you've got naked models running around while people drink champagne and when you take your seat, you're besieged by photographers. I just try to focus on the fashion." 07 of 14 Nicole Richie Courtesy of W Hotels Since Joel Madden was unable to accompany girlfriend Nicole Richie (in Diesel) to New York, his brother Josh escorted the modern style icon to the tents. The pair sought solace from the crush of paparazzi in the W Hotels backstage lounge before heading to their seats at the Diesel show. 08 of 14 Claire Danes and Julianna Margulies Andrew H. Walker/Getty Images The Narciso Rodriguez after-party wasn't for the singles ladies. The newly-engaged Claire Danes, the married Julianna Marguiles and Jessica Seinfeld (of course married to Jerry Seinfeld) stuck close together at the Rose Bar bash. The Rodriguez loyalists all looked stunning in dresses by the designer. Kanye West and Gossip Girl's Chace Crawford also came out to fete the designer after his show in New York. NY FASHION WEEK VIDEO: Narciso Rodriguez 09 of 14 Kimora Lee Simmons Fernanda Calfat/WireImage "It's the best event of fashion week!" declared Kimora Lee Simmons with daughters Aoki and Ming, at her Baby Phat & KLS show. Though Simmons's runway presentation-and her clothes-were a little more low-key than last year, one thing she didn't downsize was her models. "They're not the skinniest girls in the world, but they're sexy and more voluptuous," said Simmons, who welcomed Patricia Field, Aubrey O'Day and Ice-T to Gotham Hall. "And they're hot!" 10 of 14 Natasha Bedingfield, Danielle Panabaker and Shenae Grimes Theo Wargo/WireImage "I would spend a lot on a good pair of jeans because you end up wearing them again and again," said singer Natasha Bedingfield, who donned her best G-Star denim for the label's rock 'n roll show at the Hammerstein Ballroom. "My fiance will ask me 'how much did that cost?', and I say, 'I forgot,' which usually means it was over $500." After Bedingfield and actresses Danielle Panabaker and Shenae Grimes scouted the runway for future purchases, actor Benicio del Toro appeared to give a reading of the Joy Division song "Candidate." 11 of 14 Jessica Stroup Bryan Bedder/Getty Images Before hopping a flight back to L.A., Jessica Stroup made the most of her last day at Fashion Week-rising at 7 a.m. for hair and makeup-hitting the Badgley Mischka show in a strapless minidress by the design duo. "This dress reminded me of a bird," said the actress, who chose the garment because of her affinity for the winged creatures. "Both of my tattoos are birds." How has her first experience in the tents been? "I'm exhausted," she said. "Last night my girlfriends wanted me to go for sushi at Bond St. but I was in bed at 10!" NY FASHION WEEK VIDEO: Badgley Mischka 12 of 14 Nicky Hilton and Paris Hilton Duffy-Marie Arnoult/WireImage The crowd waited a half an hour for Nicky and Paris Hilton to get settled in their seats before the Pamella Roland show got underway. Roland's show was one of the longest so far, with models strutting the runway for 15 minutes in order to show off the designer's ambitious new collection. Other stars who filled the front row included Katrina Bowden, Kristen Bell, Jessica Stroup and Michelle Trachtenberg. 13 of 14 Kim Raver Duffy-Marie Arnoult/WireImage Kim Raver strikes a pose before taking her seat at the Dennis Basso show in Bryant Park. The actress is already sporting one of the biggest trends for fall: sheer fabrics. 14 of 14 Adrienne Baillon Amy Sussman/Getty Images Former Cheetah Girl Adrienne Baillon sung the praises of the Bra-llelujah when she paid a visit to the Spanx Fashion Week Fall Preview Suite at the Bryant Park hotel. America's Next Top Model winner Jaslene Gonzalez and Real Housewives of New York star Jill Zarin also stopped by to check out the elegant new pieces from the Spanx Haute Contour collection.
