Caitlin was previously the Issues Editor at MTV News, as well as the Managing Editor of MTV Act. As the Issues Beat Lead at MTV News, she was tasked with building and executing a comprehensive editorial calendar structured around breaking news, politics, social justice, and sexual, and mental health issues that impact the lives of millennials. Her experience includes hosting the podcast, Uninterrupted, for Women's Health and she was the Senior Features Editor at Bustle: the online community and news site. Prior to Bustle, she was a producer and journalist for Public Radio International, where she focused on millennials and politics. She also freelanced for Hello Giggles, XO Jane, and Conversion Planet. Most recently, she was lead editorial strategy and content development for M.M.LaFleur’s owned communication channels, including the award-winning newsletter, the M Dash.


Caitlin received her undergraduate degree from Hofstra University and a Masters's in Media Studies from the New School.
