“I bought my first pair of Uggs when I was 16 years old with one of my first paychecks from one of my first ever modeling jobs,” new global Ugg ambassador Rosie Huntington-Whiteley says as she curls up on the couch on a rainy afternoon in the English countryside, looking divine in a cozy cashmere sweater, jeans, and a pair of Ugg classic minis. “I've owned a pair ever since. My ultimate cozy wardrobe would consist of great cashmere pieces and denim. I live in jeans."

That statement may come as somewhat of a surprise to many, considering that everywhere you look there are photos of Huntington-Whiteley dressed to the nines, hitting the town in ensembles that are about as far from cotton and sheepskin as you can get. But the model is truly in her element away from all the cameras and all the makeup, just being Rosie. “My days off or my nights off would consist of being face first in my couch with my dogs watching something on TV,” she says, as a few tendrils of hair falling softly around her face, drawing further attention to her stunning natural features. “That's one of my just favorite things to do is just to be at home, cuddled up on the sofa watching some reality TV show.”
In the exclusive video above, Huntington-Whiteley shares everything from her secrets for looking good in a bikini, to where she stands on giving up cake, to when she feels most beautiful. [MUSIC] I bought my first pair of Uggs when I was 16 years old with one of my first paychecks from one of my first ever modeling jobs. And I've owned a pair ever since. My ultimate cozy wardrobe would consist of great cashmere pieces and denim. I live in jeans. Obviously on my feet a pair of Ugg boots or a great pair of sneakers or something. [MUSIC] My days off or my nights off would consist of being face first in my couch with my dogs Watching something on tv. That's one of my just favorite things to do is just to be at home, cuddled up on the sofa watching some reality tv show [LAUGH] [MUSIC] I grew up on a farm, so it was always about meat and two veg. And now, I'm building much more, much more awareness of healthy, balanced eating. [MUSIC] Recently, I decided to try a diet plan by a Dr. called Dr. [UNKNOWN]. And she is actually a naturopath. And she believes that good skin and well being starts in the gut. And so she said to me, if you want to get on my plan, you have to cut out sugar. Dairy, gluten, and alcohol. And I'm not gonna lie, it's been brutal, it's been a really big challenge. It took a couple weeks to kind of get into it. I've been doing it now for about six weeks and I feel fantastic. It's certainly not something that would be realistic to keep up. All year around. But it's made me much more mindful of my choices, I definitely will be reintroducing some cakes and some cheese and some wine here and there. But I think it's just kind of made me Really think about balance. Because I feel so great lately, I wanna continue that streak. [MUSIC] I love to exercise, and I've been, for the last two years, a big fan of Body By Simone. Simone Delarouge. Dance cardio, that's what I would describe her classes as. And it's really an hour of High-intesity workout. But really derived from dance and Pilates. It's not for the faint of hearted. It's definitely the toughest workout I've ever done. But by far the funnest. And I've seen the most incredible results. And lately I've been implementing a bit of meditation into my daily routine. Which has been so incredible. And I'm really addicted to doing that. And making that time for myself in the morning. Before I start my day. [MUSIC] I actually feel physically my best when I am working out. I love that time in the gym when I can see my body doing what is supposed to be doing and working to it's max potential. I would say I feel my most beautiful when I am with my man. [MUSIC] I feel really very happy with where I am at this point in my life right now. But, I would say the one thing I have learned over the last few years is how important it is to have a positive attitude. And I think that that really makes life so much easier. And I think, so much more comes to you when you have a positive outlook and positive energy.
