If you’re like me, and tore through Big Little Lies like it was your day job, the HBO series probably brought you the most adaptation-fueled excitement you’ve had since the early days of Harry Potter.
The seven-episode limited-run series ended up being incredibly true to Liane Moriarty’s best-selling novel, and even established a fan-base of its own, unrelated to the book’s success. When its explosive finale aired last month, a quiet malaise seemed to settle over the show’s fans: we wanted more. But, sadly, there’s no more source material.
