Alicia Keys is a Girl on Fire! Last week, she was in Park City, Utah to support the film The Inevitable Defeat of Mister and Pete as its executive producer and composer at the Sundance Film Festival, then she headed to Washington, D.C. to perform at the Presidential Inauguration in sparkling Michael Kors, and last night, she accepted the Best US Composer of the Last Decade honor at the 40 Principales Awards in Madrid. To top it all off—today is her 32nd birthday! She’s living an on-fire life, and she told us how important her now-megahit song "Girl On Fire" is to her (and to her fans) when we caught up with her at Sundance. "It’s the coolest thing ever," Keys told InStyle.com. "I identify with it because I wrote it from a piece of my life, and whatever I was going through and feeling. Then you see how many other people are relating to what you’re feeling, and they’re feeling the same thing. So that’s the cool part—when you see how we all are connected." In honor of her special day, crank it up!

Plus, see her most memorable beauty looks ever!
