Voting for this year's Webby Awards is now under way.

The 2016 Webby Award nominees were announced Tuesday, and the winners will be announced on April 26, ahead of of the awards ceremony, which will be held in New York City on May 16.

The International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences founded the awards in 1997 to honor innovation on the Internet–and this year's nominations celebrate the most inventive trends and viral personalities in online and in digital technology.

A-listers (Beyoncé, First Lady Michelle Obama, Rihanna, One Direction) and viral influencers (The Late Late Show's James Corden for his smash hit Carpool Karaoke, Tyler Oakley) and more are up for this year's top prizes. (Check out the complete list of categories and nominees here.)

IADAS members including Jimmy Kimmel, Eva Chen and Questlove will select this year's winners, but fans can vote in the Webby People's Voice Awards category, which is open through April 21.
