Kim Kardashian has got some serious competition—her hubby Kanye West may just be up for the title of Fashion Week Superstar. Ever since he kicked off the season with his Adidas Originals collection, he's been hitting the circuit from New York to Paris (sometimes sans the Kardashian crew).
But unlike Kardashian who tends to wear the designs from the showing brand (not to mention, never risks an outfit repeat), West is left to his own sartorial devices. From our research, we've deduced that West's front row fashion staples consist of hoodies, velour, and camo. And one suit. The man is, if nothing else, incredibly consistent. We rounded up the majority of his looks from the past couple of weeks (there were a lot) listed in chronological order, below. Here's what you can expect to see: lots of hoodies and the one rare smile.
1. At Adidas Originals x Kanye West (above)
West took his bow with his army of models at his debut Adidas Originals collection in a forest green hoodie—the first of many.
2. At John Elliott & Co
The star flashed a rare smile, which brightened up his brooding ensemble of a black tee, a charcoal gray zippered sweatshirt, and jeans.
3. At Robert Gellar
Meet the black Adidas version of his go-to hoodie.
4. At Alexander Wang
A packed fashion week schedule means there's no time for an outfit change. West threw on a black topper over his sweatshirt.
5. At Jeremy Scott
The star aimed for comfort in one of his favorites—a maroon velour pullover that he previously wore during his Grammys performance earlier this year.
6. At Ralph Lauren
West weathered the N.Y.C. cold in a heavy-duty parka that he layered over a black top and army pants.
7. At Dries Van Noten
The fashion week regular skipped London and Milan and headed straight to Paris, carrying over the camo from his last front row appearance by way of a jacket and complementing it with a matching faded green hoodie underneath.
8. At Balmain
West slipped on a velvet black sweatshirt. Spoiler alert: This won't be the last you'll see of it.
9. At Lanvin
He declared his love for his new favorite brand—Vetements—with a graffiti-scrawled hoodie that he wore once at the Lanvin show ...
10. At Dior
... and again the next day at the Dior show.
11. At Balenciaga
No sweatshirt in sight! The star switched things up with a red velour jacket, complete with a white tee and black skinnies.
12. At Celine
For the maroon velour hoodie's second front row appearance, West styled it with a slick navy bomber.
13. At Givenchy
He gave his closet of sweatshirts a break for the night and suited up in a smart blazer to accompany Kardashian to the Givenchy show.
14. At Stella McCartney
West turned to his black velvet pullover once again, styling it with dark skinnies.
