While her iconic Saved by the Bell character was partial to ice cream sundaes, Tiffani Thiessen has since expanded her culinary oeuvre to include a breadth of recipes, showcased weekly on her party-themed Cooking Channel show, Dinner at Tiffani's. So far this season, the actress-turned-lifestyle guru has prepped everything from bacon burgers to roasted chicken pot pie for her star guests, including Seth Green, Hilarie Burton, and Vanessa Lachey, to name just a few. And, to answer the question on every nineties girl's mind: yes, her former Bayside flame Mark-Paul Gosselaar will join for the season finale.
But that's another story. When she's not entertaining, Thiessen keeps busy at home as a wife to actor Brady Smith and doting mom to daughter, Harper, 5, and newborn son, Holt. "During the week, I prefer to make meals that are very much on the quicker side," she recently told InStyle over the phone. "Harper loves pasta." Her personal favorite, says Thiessen, is this black pepper angel hair dish topped with broccolini and campari tomatoes. "The basis is really simple—you only need six ingredients," she says. Sounds like something even Kelly Kapowski could handle.
