Another day, another top spot for pop princess Taylor Swift.
This time the 26-year-old is sitting pretty atop Forbes' 2016 list of highest-paid celebrities under the age of 30. The songstress earned the number one position after raking in a whopping $170 million this year—which also makes her the highest paid celebrity in the entire world. Thanks to a record-shattering world tour, stellar album sales and a bevvy of endorsements, Swift is also the youngest member of Forbes' list of America's Richest Female Entertainers with a staggering estimated net worth of $250 million. Phew!
This year, Swift managed to oust British boy band One Direction from the top spot, who now find themselves in second place after acquiring a collective $110 million. Argentine soccer star Lionel Messi scores a third place ranking with $81.5 million, followed closely by Adele with $80.5 million. Rihanna and Justin Bieber earned the 5th and 6th spots with $75 million and $56 million, respectively.
