We now know where Taylor Swift gets her big heart from.

Over the weekend, 6-year-old cancer patient Taylor Rayburn was surprised with tickets to Swift's concert in Atlanta by her mom Allison Rayburn. Their fun girls' outing ended up being more amazing than anticipated, as the pair happened to be seated by the pop star's mom, Andrea. Upon seeing the Rayburns, Andrea invited them over to the VIP section to watch Swift perform a song during the show.

"Taylor Swifts mom and Taylor jamming out in the audience!!:) Precious!!!" Rayburn posted on Facebook, along with a sweet photo that shows her daughter with an expression of awe (below).

Taylor's night got even better when Andrea Swift brought back the little girl and her mom to meet the pop star. Rayburn documented the meeting on her daughter's Project Team Taylor Facebook page, telling their followers about their night:

"Thanks Ms. Andrea, dreams really do come true!!!!" Rayburn finished the photo post, which showed Swift embracing little Taylor as they both smiled for the camera (below).

This isn't the first time that Swift has raised the spirits of a young fan battling cancer. Earlier this month, Swift donated $50,000 to her dancer's cancer-stricken nephew. We have a feeling this won't be the last time Swift shows her generosity.
