The first thing 12-year-old Jorja Hope of Maitland, Australia, said when she found out that an inner-ear condition would cause her to lose her hearing was, "I won't be able to hear Taylor Swift sing."

According to The Maitland Mercury, Jorja's twin sister Chloe sprung into action and launched a social media campaign using the hashtag #HelpJorjaMeetTaylorSwiftSydney to help her sister meet her idol.

The campaign quickly went viral and a local radio station stepped up by not only securing tickets for the twins to see Swift perform in Sydney on Saturday, but a meet and greet with the pop star as well.

"She was very, very amazing and very pretty," Jorja told The Maitland Mercury, which shared a photo (aboveof the fan with Swift (pictured in a Houghton crop top). "I didn't expect her to be as tall as she was."

The girls danced and sang the night away, enjoying the music together while Jorja still had her hearing.

And yes, we're crying.
