Once again, Taylor Swift proves that she's one of the most generous stars around. After discovering her dancer Toshi's 13-month-old nephew Ayden was diagnosed with cancer, after spending two weeks in the ICU for what doctors believed to be pneumonia, Swift decided to donate $50,000 to the family's GoFundMe page.

"Baby Ayden, I'm lucky enough to perform with your uncle Toshi on tour," she wrote on the site. "All of us are praying for you and your mama and sending so much love your way. Love, Taylor."

Her dancer (pictured above with his nephew, Ayden) was completely floored by her generosity. "[Taylor Swift] is an angel and My family and I can't thank her enough ... She is such an incredible human being," he wrote in an Instagram post. "This will help Lil Toshi in this time of need ... Let's pray for him to beat this ... This unexpected gift is truly a blessing."

This isn't the first time Swift has donated money to a fan in need. Earlier this year she gave $50,000 to a young girl suffering from leukemia. We're in awe, Taylor.
