Taylor Swift has had quite a year. Between touring the globe for her 1989 World Tour and scooping up countless awards, she's been go, go, go. But her hectic schedule hasn't kept her from making a difference to those in need—even during the holidays.
Over the past twelve months, we've seen Swift donate $50,000 to a young fan with leukemia and her dancer's cancer-stricken nephew, and while those acts are exceedingly generous, her good deeds don't stop there. The "Wildest Dreams" singer also makes a point to meet young fans suffering from cancer or other illnesses, and has donated money to support to the Seattle Symphony and to New York City schools. With all of those charitable accopmlishments, it comes as no surprise that she topped DoSomething.org's "Celebs Gone Good" list for the fourth year in a row.
