Taylor Swift has no shortage of BFFs (Karlie Kloss, Selena Gomez and Lena Dunham to name a few ...) but there's one lady for whom she's always willing to go above and beyond: childhood bestie Abigail Anderson. And Swift proved it once again when she threw Anderson an unforgettable 25th birthday surprise.
Taking to Instagram, Swift shared a series of videos from her long-term pal's celebrations, revealing she'd arranged for the lead singer from Anderson's favorite band, Dashboard Confessional, to stop by.
"One thing that I think is really important that you know, if you don't already know this—a lot of you probably know this—her favorite all time band in high school and still is Dashboard Confessional," Swift is seen announcing to guests as she stands on a platform at the Nashville party with Anderson:
And in the second Instagram clip she lets the cat out of the bag, saying: "I'm just asking a random question. Do we have anyone here named Chris Carrabba? Is there a Chris Carrabba? Is there?" Cheers then erupt as the camera swerves to reveal the singer is amongst the crowd:
In the final clip, the friends belt out the lyrics to accompany Carabba on the guitar as he plays the 2003 Dashboard Confessional hit "Hands Down":
The surprise went down a treat with Anderson, as she took to her Instagram account to share her excitement: 'There's no way.@chriscarrabba sang me a birthday song. @taylorswift @yelyahwilliams is this real life? #DASHBOARDFOLIFE"
The party also boasted a dress-up photo booth, which saw the girls pack in some spot-on posing:
