"Denim minis have been my go-to as of late, and draping a moto jacket over my shoulder made me feel ready for my street style close-up," says Weathersby, who took a cue from November's "The Look: Punk with Spunk" with her leather topper.

I've always loved denim miniskirts, but pairing them with graphic Ts tends to look frumpy, IMHO. Seeing Rosie Huntington-Whiteley's street chic jacket and skirt combo in November's "The Look: Punk with Spunk" propelled me to drape a leather moto over my shoulder, and it instantly elevated the whole look. Within seconds, I felt ready for my street style close-up. Whether you choose to spring for a jacket or skirt, leather is always a solid investment.
