Flash back to last year's Golden Globe Awards, and it was as though every A-list star and her mother wore every shade of red out there, from scarlet to crimson. After red's red carpet prominence, it seemed unlikely that the shade would dominate two years in a row, but how wrong we all were.

In an unexpected turn of events, star after star graced the 2015 Golden Globes red carpet in the siren shade. Girls star Lena Dunham stuck to her Zac Posen streak in a ruby duchesse high-low number (above, left). Allison Williams went all out and dropped jaws in a gorgeous tiered Armani Prive creation (center). Meanwhile, Taylor Schilling took the minimalist approach with a custom scarlet Ralph Lauren Collection halter gown.

The Good Wife star Julianna Margulies hiked her hemline in an ankle-grazing jacquard corset Ulyana Sergeenko Couture dress, and Heidi Klum wowed in a one-shoulder Versace stunner. And while each look is unique enough stand on its own, they're all equally hot, hot, hot.
