At last night's World Music Awards, Miley Cyrus pulled out all the fashion stops. The singer was nominated in 14 categories and nabbed several awards, including World's Best Female Artist and World's Best Video. The ceremony took place at the Monte Carlo Sporting Club in Monaco, where Cyrus accepted her trophies and performed to a throng of fans.
For the event, the star went for a more covered-up approach in her style choices—taking a break from her characteristically flashy and over-the-top Bangerz World Tour ensembles—and looked gorgeous in two stunning gowns. To kick off the ceremony, Cyrus donned a shimmering silver, long-sleeve Kaufmanfranco dress, which she accessorized with Versace heels and Lorraine Schwartz jewelry (below).
If you thought it couldn't get any better, Cyrus later changed into a floor-length, strapless Giambattista Valli couture floral print gown to sing her smash hit "Wrecking Ball" and it had us praising the star's high-fashion style choices (above). Cyrus shined in the sophisticated and chic outfits, and we hope to see more glamorous fashion choices from her in the future.
