No one gets us pumped for #FitnessFriday quite like Daisy Ridley. The Star Wars: The Force Awakens actress has been keeping us motivated with her Instagram workout videos ever since she first joined the social media platform a few months back, showing off fresh moves in each and every post. And it's a conscious effort on Ridley's part to avoid repeating the same exercise routine, she told InStyle at last week’s Star Wars “Force4Fashion” event in New York City. “It changes every time I’m in the gym,” Ridley said. “That’s why I keep doing the videos—because it’s always something different.”

When it comes to planning her ever-changing routines, the 23-year-old has some help. “My trainer is incredible, and I think that’s why I still enjoy it,” she said. But having so many great workout moves at her disposal makes it challenging to choose just one short snippet to share with her followers each week. “Sometimes I’m like, ‘Oh, this workout was great,’ so to pick a tiny part of it is hard,” said Ridley.
