The 2016 Rio Olympics may not have ended the way tennis pro Serena Williams wanted them to, but the 34-year-old world-class athlete is already focused on the future.

On Monday, the star gave us a serious dose of #MotivationMonday inspiration by taking to Instagram to share a glowing picture of herself hard at work on the court. “Literally how I practice. #sweat,” she wrote as the caption to the jaw-dropping image.

So what’s so special about the ‘gram? In the shot, Williams smolders as she is covered in sweat with a Gatorade logo towel wrapped around her shoulders and her super toned abs on full display. The beauty poses on a blue and green court and also rocks a peach-toned sports bra with black leggings and a white visor. The best part? The champion never forgets to put her feminine side forward and also rocks a pastel pink manicure.

Recently, Williams, who’s expected to compete at the U.S. Open in New York, also took to Instagram to flaunt another A+ ability: dancing.
