No, she wasn't filming the cameo of the century, but Duchess Kate Middleton did visit the set of beloved drama Downton Abbey. The mom-to-be, looking radiant as ever in a white Jojo Maman Bebe coat, stopped by the Ealing Studios in London on Thursday to meet the cast and crew and get a behind-the-scenes glimpse at the series.
During her stay at Downton, the Duchess did, in fact, get the royal treatment with a full tour, in which she was given a cake made by Mrs. Patmore (Lesley Nicol) and Daisy (Sophie McShera) and a wooden train for Prince George from none other than little George Crawley.
The visit caused such a stir in the U.K., it prompted the hashtag #DuchessAtDownton, and social media was quick to share photos from her historic visit, including Middleton sitting at a monitor watching a scene of the upcoming sixth season being filmed.
