New Yorkers have a well-documented affinity for head-to-toe-black ensembles and Sarah Jessica Parker is feeding the addiction with her latest project.
On Tuesday, the Sex and the City star (and quintessential New Yorker) took to Instagram to introduce SJP LBD, a soon-to-be hard-to-find collection of all-black dresses set to be sold exclusively at Bloomingdale's. She shared the news by posting a fabulous video of herself twirling in one of the fanciful designs.
“Well folks, I’ve teased you long enough. It’s time for the big reveal. Introducing: the SJP LBD. A new collection of Little Black Dresses designed by me, all made proudly in the USA,” she wrote as the caption to the video. The actress, 51, explained that the first available silhouette, called "TITLE," will be available for $395 in sizes 0-12 come October. Additional designs are set to debut later.
Well folks, I've teased you long enough. It's time for the big reveal. Introducing: the SJP LBD. A new collection of Little Black Dresses designed by me, all made proudly in the USA. Our first silhouette (a surprise!) will launch this October exclusively at @bloomingdales, with more designs to follow soon thereafter. Including this one, which I've been practically living in. Follow us on @sjpcollection so you don't miss a beat. The wheels (and doors) never stop spinning... X, SJ
Considering Parker’s shoe line, SJP Collection, always seems to be in high-demand, we have high expectations for these little black dresses.
