Yes, it is that cold in New York City. This morning, East Coasters woke to an alarming drop in temps (at around 30-something degrees), with cases of snow flurries in a few states further up North. Just when we thought it was finally spring and we could store all of our heavy winter-worn accoutrements, Mother Nature goes and does this.
