Following a month of rocking sleek ponytails and ultra-long, straight locks, Rihanna changed up her look, showing off new, waist-length dreadlocks in a stunning, black and white mirror selfie.
"Buffalo $oldier," she captioned the Instagram snap Monday, referencing Bob Marley's song by the same name. In the photo, the "Nothing Is Promised" songstress can be seen wearing a long, white-sleeved top and jeans, and looking over her shoulder into a bedroom mirror as she snaps the shot.
A close-up of one of her dreads can be seen as well, and fans were quick to compliment her look, adding mentions of praise and plenty of heart emoticons in her comments. Of course this is just the latest time the hair chameleon has switched up her hairstyle.
Before she headed to the Dior show with her long locks parted down the middle last week, Rihanna has experimented with a ton of different hairstyles this year alone, including a blunt honey blonde lob and curly, brunette updos. And this isn't the first time she has worn dreadlocks.
Back in May 2012, she also sported the look, shared an Instagram of herself lying in bed with dreads and giving a sultry look. "Wake bake shake dem dreads," she wrote alongside it.
