"A longline blazer not only elongates the body—it plays well at work or on the weekend," says Barnes, who scooped up hers after reading "Now That's Flattering" in the September issue.

For a girl like me with a small waist and curvy hips, high-waisted silhouettes are great for drawing attention to my svelte mid-section. I love pairing them with longline blazers [September's "Now That's Flattering"] because they help elongate the body even more, while simultaneously adding interest and a touch of polish to any outfit. With this ensemble, I decided to finish with leopard print sandals, which added some boldness without being too overwhelming. Hats are my signature, so to top it all off, I tossed on a wide-brim fedora. Despite what some people might say, they're still cool!
