2012 has been a great year for our lips and tips! According to NPD, people in the United States spent over $548 million on lipsticks, liners, and lip glosses, and $33 million on lacquers, base coats, top coats, and nail care products from January to November of this year. And if we had to guess, we have the surge in DIY nail art and innovators like magnetic lacquers to thank for the 51% increase in sales for nail polish alone. Looks like a perfect mani is on everyone's wish list! So, did you buy more lipsticks or nail polishes this year? Answer in our poll!
