Prepare yourselves—this year's People's Choice Awards are going to be very good.

It was announced today that Blake Shelton will take the stage at next week's ceremony to belt out some of his most famous hits, and we have a feeling his performance will be one you don't want to miss. The country crooner is also nominated for three trophies, including "Favorite Male Artist," "Favorite Male Country Artist," and "Favorite Album." He will join previously announced performers Fifth Harmony at the show, who will step into the spotlight for the first time since the departure of group member Camila Cabello. Actor and comedian Joel McHale will take on hosting duties for the night.
