Patients at the Children’s Hospital of Orange County were in for a treat yesterday when Nick Jonas paid a visit. The artist, who is about to embark on a world tour, met with children and stopped by the Ryan Seacrest Foundation studios at the hospital.
“Thx, @nickjonas, for making patients at @chocchildrens smile today! We’re so lucky to have you as an ambassador!” the Ryan Seacrest Foundation wrote on Twitter, along with a sweet compilation of photos from the visit.
Jonas also spoke about his tour partner and “very close friend” Demi Lovato. “We’ve been through a lot together. At this point, you know, we’re in a spot where we’re just looking forward to getting out and playing music for our fans, building a show together, really taking those next steps as performers and artists, and getting to hang out with each other too.”
Jonas has been open about his struggles with diabetes, and has stopped by children's hospitals in the past: Back in March, the singer and his tour partner visited Children’s Hospital Los Angeles and even put on a surprise performance.
