"Worn without a top coat, these Liquid Sand lacquers give nails a pebbled, matte finish worthy of captivating the Bond girls' name." The shades range from the Ursula Andress-inspired gold to high-impact brights, and we love how each polish imparts a fashion-forward matte effect in just one swipe.
