Young designer (and son of the legendary Oscar de la Renta) Moises de la Renta has teamed up with Spanish label Mango on a line of limited-edition T-shirts. He debuted the collection of anything-but-basic tees at the Crosby Street Hotel in N.Y.C. yesterday, where models looked effortlessly glamorous in full skirts of tulle, red lips and peep-toe pumps. "My inspiration... was the traditional romantic themes: from pretty patchworks with summer flowers in somber colors, such as rose, violet, gray and black, to graphic illusions which combine transparent effects, with shiny gems and adornments in between," de la Renta said. The collection of eight statement tees, ranging from $50-$70, hits stores and mangoshop.com mid-April.
